You have far more experience than I, but I'm not sure "everything on
the coupe is structural". Seems like a pretty broad statement. That
being said, I defer to your position on this "stringer" or seat frame.
Someone got it signed off before I owned it...

can get someone to sign off---it is legal. My other airplane, a
