You have far more experience than I, but I'm not sure "everything on the coupe is structural". Seems like a pretty broad statement. That being said, I defer to your position on this "stringer" or seat frame.

Someone got it signed off before I owned it...

I am considering changing the seats in my 415 G which has a bench type seat similar to the C and D models but with two separate cushions for the seats.
My question is as follows:
Is the bench type "Seat back frame"
a structural part of the aircraft?
