Coop, is what you're saying the holdup on your releasing the 15 gallon mods again? Sounds logical. How expensive and rare is the O-200 mechanical pump? Different camshaft?
Different cam plus an add-on gear with the pump eccentric. Last guy I know who did this spent nearly $2000 on top of the O200. Then you still need the pump, and it's the most expensive variant.
