Gary. Why don't you remove the elevator section? It is only 4 bolts holding the assembly. Ones the bolts are loose you can lift the whole elevator - rudder part and attach the cables.
When putting everything together, use new bolts. I have the new cables to link the rudders to the ailerons, he just doesnt know how to get back there. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you for reading this note.
