Last week I had the oppertunity to talk with a mechanic familiar with last 
falls fatal accident in  fla. He claimed that that the pilot did a buzz job 
-was sight seeing in his words- and abrupt pullup and the airplane was about 
300/400 foot when the wing seperated. He claimed he was the AP who overhauled 
the engine of the aircraft and the investigation found it was operating 
normally.  Also told me critical structure(s) is undergoing analysis by FAA. 
Also there is legal action against IA who did the annual- not the man I talked 
to- as well as owner of the aircraft.
