Hi all, Ready to install new window welts in the Ercoupe 415-C. Have all parts that were in the way removed (side panels, old windows, etc.) Thanks to Syd we have a good recommendation on adhesive. All I need to figure out now is how to install the welts. The diagram from Univair shows the felt going into the track (not touching the window). Is this normal, & why? We'd like to make sure we have the welts going the right way, and it doesn't seem logical for the felt not to be against the window.
