We don't want to ignore corrosion issues.  You need to consider whether
corrosion significant enough to crash a *normally* flown plane will get past
the wing and center section corrosion inspection ADs.  Those inspection ADs
came about because Coupe mechanics blew the whistle on corrosion they saw
during on-the-ground inspections - not from the aftermath of crashes.

I'd ***strongly*** encourage anyone who wants to fly aerobatics to buy a
plane ***designed*** for it.

ANY plane you buy, certainly including Coupes, needs to be thoroughly
inspected for corrosion.  I'd apply that to five year old planes as well as
63 year old planes.

JMHO - I'm not any kind of expert on mechanics.  Thanks for posting the
information you found.  Information should always be considered carefully.
