I have a 1946 415C with the larger trim tab required by the 1320# STC.

We installed a new 3/16" tubing down the fuselage and a new trim tab wire.  The 
trim tab wire is binding between the "B" nut at the forward end of the 
horizontal stabilizer and the trim tab.  We have isolated the binding problem 
to this area.  Can anyone tell us how to replace the wire housing between the 
"B" nut and the trim tab?
