Homebuilts do have their own set of rules.? They are very restrictive during 
the flight test phase which typically lasts around 40 hours.? After that, 
provided the aircraft and pilot meet appropriate requirements, I am unaware of 
selective exclusion from certain areas.? If anyone knows otherwise, kindly 
correct me with appropriate chapter and verse.
