[ercoupe-tech] re; 337's

This is important. Somebody please respond!
If an Ercoupe of the same model as mine has an approved 337 (major repair 
and alteration). 
What is the procedure regarding the FAA for me seeking a 337 for the same 
kind of work
that I want to do on my plane?
