I think that two votes per member / contributor should be permitted.  I 
am torn between the last two responses.  Like 'em both (although I 
presume a typo - I think we are looking for "rat's" [possessive, with 
apostrophe])... especially since NO empirical data / experience / what 
do you have? has been offered in this unbelievably tenacious and 
perhaps tedious "discussion".  I recall seeing a discussion somewhere 
(or hearing it) of cylinder (& head?) cooling problems at high altitude 
and the mechanic's (an older "I've seen it all type") baffling (pun NOT 
intended) solution.  This suggests to me is that experience exists... 
but where is it?
