HAH! LET THE SHOW BEGIN!
Roberto, I will not offer my opinion on this one, cuz you will get plenty. I just want to warn you that you have hit on THE 'coupe question of the century. The answer session is never short. Fortunately, so far it seems that no one really cares two hoots about the answer except Ercoupers. Nobody thus far is chasing down Ercoupes and demanding that we litigate our contentions. As subject says. I've seen ads for 415's C/D including lines such as: "LSA", "not an LSA", "qualifies as LSA", "light sport eligible", "light sport status dubious", "previous owner bought it as LSA, but it was not" "its a 415-CD, selling as a D model" (??) What are the criteria for determining if a C/D is a LSA or not? Thanks, Roberto Waltman.
