Hello, Per the Canadian Civil Aircraft Registry, it looks like serial number 311 (a 415-D) was de-registered in Canada in September 1990 or January 1991. Tail number from 1986 to 1991 was C-FSNJ based in Borden (Canadian Airforce Base, maybe?) Ontario. Last owner lived in Wasaga Beach, Ontario.
