Ed, The trail may be very cool, but not cold. There is a phone number in the Wasaga Beach phone book for a person with the same name as the last owner, however different address. I can send that number to you off-list if you like, or I can phone for you, I live just south of Wasaga. I would also be interested to know what happened to the Ercoupe. Borden is a military base, however I am pretty sure there used to be a civilian flying club on the base, it has since moved to a different airport, so some members there may be able to help.
