Check to see if there is an open hole in the floorboards up near the firewall where the heater duct is located. Sometimes new floorboards are installed in the summer and people forget to add the hole, or the hole is there and carpet is laid over it. Also, make sure your heater selector cable is not kinking and that the valves for cabin heat in the engine compartment are moving when you select cabin heat.
