As I recall, the model of the Continental engie incorporating the fuel inection
system  was C75-12J. Parts and service manuals from the 1950/1970 will list
this model and the parts required. This engine did have a modified crankcase to
drive the fuel pump just as the current C90/0-200 now drive the vacuum pumpve
The fuel was injected into the intake elbows on each cylinder

Dud tou ever wonder why our engines have the hump in the lower fron of the
crankcase?? Ot why the intake elbows have a protusion that appears to have no
apparent use???

Regards

TOM
