I think the vague requirement of "Fixed or ground-adjustable propeller" is met, after all, it is ground adjustable - automatically! This was obviously stated to preclude in-flight pilot adjustable pitch props. Remember the whole idea was to keep it simple for the pilot, not having to concern himself with adjusting pitch - or lowering landing gear, etc.
