Step 1:  Calibrate your airspeed indicator.  Many are way off.  See the
procedure at the bottom of this article:

Up at altitude, determine YOUR PLANE'S minimum flying speed (stall burble).

Now, consider that to land as slow as possible, I recommend flying down
final at 1.3 to 1.4 times that minimum flying speed.  Start at 1.4 times
minimum and creep down to 1.3 times if it feels all right for you.

Fly the approach at 1.3 - 1.4 times minimum flying speed then level off in
the flare at a foot above the runway.  Hold it there till you can't hold it
off any more.  Keep the nose up as the plane does its rotation to line up
with its direction of motion but hold the yoke lightly (just a couple of
fingers) so the nose wheel can turn freely when it touches the ground.
