I guess the reason that the NTSB and cooperating entities like the FAA come up 
with such questionable determinations on accidents is that they can't just 
write down 'shit happens' and be done with it when there's no "smoking gun."  
It's good to hear that you've gotten a sound 415C to work with and that you'll 
be back flying soon.
