Those who receive their messages in "Traditional" mode don't get that.
 
They just have to click on <Edit Membership> on the forum web page (just
above the sort-of-blue bar) then scroll down and change the option to <Fully
Featured>.

It did turn out to be easier than I expected to accommodate myself to the
<Reply> to forum method.
