Someone suggested the Harbor Freight ATV jack. I purchased one for about $70 and a 24" piece of 5/8" drill rod and a couple of U-bolts. Drilled a couple of holes in each side of the lift arms for the U-bolts to capture the drill rod. I cut out the forward lower cross support. As beefy as this jack is you don't need the lower cross piece. This gives the tire clearance. If you need to go higher you may you may want to weld a couple of pieces of box stock on the top or set the jack on a couple of 4 X 4's.
