Thanks for providing the rest of the story.  I was only trying to show very 
recent shady "history" John.  This coupe happend to sell on EBay as a D with 
the D tag showing (which yes, had replaced the original C tag when converted to 
a D to install the 0200 from a C), and then was resold on ebay a few months 
later with the shiny new C dataplate.  The temptation is great with the C data 
plates readily available and the sales price greatly increased.  I highly doubt 
if the shiny new plate was an original, especially with the 100 hp stamped on 
it.
The two tag situation is interesting John, I have never seen one properly 
converted!  Often the C tag has a D stamp added after it, and then called a CD. 
 Some just leave the original C tag.
