I read the article and he obviously borrowed the Ercoupe and knows nothing about them. First he whines about a measly 10 MPH crosswind and then somehow manages to take off in an Ercoupe with the ailerons into the wind. That must have been hard on the nose wheel plowing it down the runway sideways. Good thing he was on ice.
