Is all premium alcohol free?

Coming back from OSH 2 weeks ago, I did notice one station in Ripon where I
filled up my car that their regular and mid-grade had ethanol, but their
premium did not.

Curious, because my car gets horrible mileage, about 10% less on mid-grade
with
ethanol. If I buy gas at Shell, which still is all pure around here, my
mileage improves by that 10%.

I normally don't need premium, but if the 10% on mileage pays off, less than
10% difference in price would make it worth it to buy premium.
