Understood, but I have to start right at the beginning and move up
from there. Perhaps, once the process is started we'll get more
volunteers, but even if not, I'll just keep going and work my way up
the stack.

That sounds like a good place. Do I need an extra id, or will my
google id be enough for creating and editing pages?
