Try to keep notes of what you find are sticky points, especially if you spend more than a few minutes looking for an answer or have to ask about it, and mark those in any tutorials or HOW-TO's you write. That way they can be filled in extra-detailed by you or someone else, since if it takes you a while, it will probably take someone else a while.
