Back when he was in uniform, Mitch paid 3.3c/lb for LOX for DC-X. A year
or two later, one J. Greason cited 4c/lb for LOX delivery by truck. Those
are typical of the small-bulk prices I've heard since. (When you start
getting up into *real* bulk, you build your own LOX plant, and the price
drops to 1-2c/lb.)
