Dan has already looked into this.  In fact, I think it's the -least-
exotic tweak he's looked into for tweaking PROTO toward a 96% mass
fraction.  Other tweaks include using Tridyne for pressurant, using
liquid helium for pressurant, and some others I've forgotten.  They
all make me cringe and then say, "Yeah, OK, we'll need all the help we
can get - but let's do the simple stuff first."
