Is it even legal for them to tell you how you can use the product ?

Is that the price for 95% stuff ?
Wouldn't it be cheaper for you to buy one of X-L's 20k$ machines, lots of 70% peroxide
and concentrate it yourself ?
You'd save money in the long run, obviate the need for dealing with high concentration
vendors, and in the worst case scenario you
can sell the machine.
