Having looked at this in some detail, I think you'd need about a 3-4kg
spacecraft to do it without exotic technology. (If you get LLNL to build
it, then I might believe 1kg...) Add another 1-2kg if it doesn't get
launched to about the right trajectory, i.e. it needs serious propulsion.
