Not ERPS itself. As has been mentioned previously, we don't have the resources to branch into every possible project that comes up. A venture that licensed the technology from ERPS, quite possibly. Perhaps you know of, or could find, a group in DC that would like to do something like this, and could use a proven, simple and cheap to fabricate (hey, *we* managed to build it - mainly thanks to Dan, so it shouldn't take more than 10 ordinary metalworkers ^_^), relatively robust rocket engine. If so, have them send a proposal to our board to get a copy of the plans (possibly including operation procedures, tips on acquiring hydrogen peroxide, et cetera) in exchange for a donation.
