One question that might arise out of all this nose spike discussion is if
we've come up with a nosecone
geometries for SPIKE and PROBE.  I might assume, for instance that we are
leaning towards a KISS variant 
with a supersonic nose configuration, which could be tricky as that would be
one big nose cone.
