While I see some benefits to this, I also have major concerns. My
personal opinion regarding this very public (read worldwide) list
has been to not share engine design info nor peroxide concentration
information that would enable someone to directly reproduce our
results.

There is also the very dicey issue of exporting 'weapons technology',
which would have the Feds shutting all of us down. Anything we
post will likely be considered export, regardless of whether the
courts ultimately rule in our favor (we can't afford the lawsuit -
read the PGP saga). Whether limited CAD drawings of other rocket
'components' would be so considered, is completely unknown.

Then there is the purely legal issue. When the first teenager attempts
to copy a design and it blows up in his/her face, their lawyer will
argue we offered an 'attractive nuisance' by posting sufficient
information to allow copying, with the implication that the design
was proven and sound.

Practically, I can't see any real benefits to openly posting CAD designs.
If someone out there really had good reason to see one or more drawings,
they can be sent to that one person only.

Also, as a primary 'CAD-guy' within ERPS, who is also Mac based, I
wouldn't be able to use TurboCad (don't think they have a Mac version).
