I think, actually, he's agreeing. The technical details of XCORs
engines are NOT public information, and therefor you, as a foriener,
would be restricted under the current rules.
Most of ERPS's work is public. That is one point in our favour, but it
leaves us with the responsibility to be careful about what we publich
openly.
