I'd like to have a higher performance propellant available for Spike, and I'm sure it wouldn't hurt POGO either. If and when we're manufacturing peroxide, it'll be at higher concentrations than we can use, so we'll have to dilute it. Not that diluting it is hard, but it seems like kind of a waste to me, since now we have to carry all that water in our rockets. You were concerned about batteries adding too much mass to a rocket. How about water?
