Tell that to our freezer.
The freezer hasn't been producing 99+% peroxide, has it?
BTW, on the ceramic foam/screen - this is the powder that we used to
press into pellets, right? Instead of a pellet press with a simple rod
and hole, make a custom press with a screen-shaped hole and rod. Still
technically pellets, but screen-shaped pellets, and if the press is
approximately as large as the area we'd be mounting the screen in, we
only need one such "pellet" per rocket (or maybe a stack of them,
depending on how thick the screen pellet is).
