I refuse to assume otherwise. To do so would be to ignore one of the most
fundamental lessons of the history of propellant chemstry: As Clark liked
to put it, "there's always a 'but'...".

IMHO, any catalyst system that will operate reliably without needing
more than 35-40 C liquid peroxide inlet temperatures shoule be worthwhile
if it will withstand operation at >96% H2O2 concentrations.

(And if all else fails, there's always electrically boosted regenerative
trickle preheat... if we can't do something clever with catalyst chemistry,
after all, I've got some thoughts on how we could still pound the problem 
into submission with plumbing...)
