Alas, it's not that simple.  (Know how to spot the expert?  He's the

Peroxide is not an explosive regulated by BATF/ATFE.  It's not on the
explosives list, nor does it meet their definition of an explosive.

No; think ammunition bunker.  The closest thing we have to an
explosives magazine is the buildings at the Ranch.

We have no licenses from DOT; we don't need them (thank goodness).
AVA has permits for storage, but those are from the county hazmat
guys, not the ATF.
