The original intention was that the mailing list be for ERPS projects
and other items of all interest to ERPS members. But we've all
benefited from discussions of other liquids, and we are performing
something of a community service, since we have such an eclectic
subscriber base (where else do SPL engineers and XCOR engineers
publicly converse?) So I'm with Sean; while liquids other than
peroxide aren't specifically "on topic," they're close enough to have
a good fit here. Better than, say, monatomic hydrogen. ;-) We're
also interested in the ISAS VTVL, for example, and it's LOX/hydrogen.

The usual cautions about turning into sci.space.policy or
rec.models.rockets apply, but they don't seem to be a problem here.
