I've seen no indication of such censorship (although it's been a while
since I've looked at the archives).
And Arocket has always been quite explicitly open to all forms of amateur
and experimental rocketry. I've never seen any sign of people being
unhappy to hear liquids discussed there. (Indeed, a discussion of the
technique SPL used for drilling its injectors is currently in progress.)

To my mind, the first question is "why not just use Arocket?". I think it
would be counterproductive to subdivide the experimental community without
good reason. Much of the non-propulsion stuff is relevant to all.
