It doesn't need to be anything huge.  A little wheeled dolly that locks
onto each foot, incorporating provisions for jacking the foot itself off
the ground.  If you're worried about bending stresses on the legs and
their attachment points, add towbars between the dollies so towing loads
don't go via the legs.
