Out of business?  I'm surprised at you sir.  :-)

It's fairly clear from recent history that if/when CATS becomes a
reality, NASA will start a multi-Dirksen program with the usual
suspects to find out if CATS is possible.  They will fly a dozen test
flights (no payload) for a billion dollars or so in O&M, and then
enthusiastically declare that CATS is the paradigm of the future.

Somebody tell me I'm wrong.  :-)
