I have never seen such a beast, and I suspect that it can not exist, in
fact, I'd give better odds for the existence of pink unicorns.
Considering how to keep passengers alive through a crash is a necessity.

Now then, having seen the discussion I believe it is worth working on
for a SSTO RLV, but not for the lower mass fraction suborbital and TSTO
vehicles. In conjunction with a drag device or other speed limiter,
there just might be a way to stay within mass budget and keep passengers
alive through the dreaded VTVL engine out on final for most VTVL flight
profiles.
