Please. What's the most you've ever taken whole body?
Take a perfect, flat-on-your-back judo throw from shoulder height. You hit the mat at 6 m/s. You have less than 0.05 m of mat. Assuming linear deceleration, that would be 0.017 seconds of deceleration at 353 m/s^2, or 36 G's. You say ouch and walk around slowly for a little while, but there is no injury. I don't have my copy of bioastronautics here, but I do recall that the survivable-with-injury rates are above 50 G.
