Does this sound about right? So, one party stole all the bolts that actually held down the NOAA-N prime spacecraft, needing these custom bolts so that they could turn their spacecraft around, and didn't bother telling anyone.
The NOAA-N prime spacecraft needed to be turned, but the staff didn't look to see that the craft was still attached to the table, since they regularly turn their craft on it's side, the bolts are always there. Since the platform was _supposed_ to drop the craft from vertical to horizontal, everything looked normal until the transition _suprisingly_ accelerated.
