Given tritium's modest half-life, you could get hydrazine that's still
highly radioactive with only a small percentage of tritium in the
hydrogen.  (Indeed, hmm, fully tritiated hydrazine might have significant
internal heat production, which would make it extra exciting to handle.)

Besides, Randall didn't say it was a good idea.

In fact, one could generalize that:  if it involves hydrazine at all, it's
probably a bad idea.
