I was glad to hear about the truce between AVR and AST. Pierce mentioned that it might be
possible to do VTVL testing with an experimental waiver under the same Powered Lift Normal
category that Moller uses. If this is possible, at what point would it cross the boundary from
AVR to AST?
Also, I found it amusing that Randall's post about this news, in spite of being one of the most space
policy related posts on sci.space.policy hasn't garnered a single response yet (at least according
to google). Maybe somebody ought to rename it sci.space.simberg or something.....
