Thanks for getting back to me - first of all - that's incredible that
you've been doing it on your own so far!

Perhaps automation with releases can use something like this:
https://zapier.com/zapbook/github/twitter/

All the other steps sound standard and obviously effective - though I'm
sure you could use an extra hand in helping out with the Twitter account. I
always love helping people out, and ESLint's been totally invaluable for
me! I think some first steps (given the work that's being done on the
design front) would be to spruce up the Twitter - a custom banner of some
sort would be helpful!

Other than that, how much time are you usually spending helping to manage
this? Want to make sure I can set aside enough time every day to help you
all out :)
