I use Zapier for my personal site, but there are a couple things I don't
like about it: 1) it uses its own URL shortener 2) there is a delay when
triggered by RSS.

I tend to spend around 30 minutes a day on it. I check in the morning, at
lunch, and before dinner and tend to spend no more than ten minutes at each
point (sometimes nothing is going on, so it's just 60 seconds).

Updating the page sounds good. We are looking at updating our logo and
website, so we may want to wait until that's done to change everything at
once.

I'll get you setup tomorrow, what is your Twitter name?
