Thanks Pablo so much for your very interesting discription. I should respond
your answer sooner, however due to some special reason, just now I have time
to reply your email ^_^

In my country, there is the commercial Christmas searson either. However,
Christmas is not a traditional popular festival except Christian villages or
regions for most Vietnamese are non-religion or buddhists. Along with the
integration into the globe, many beautiful traditional cultures were
imported to our country such as the valentine day, Halloween and Christmas
day. They're also great chances for businesses to boost their profit.
Banners with attractive offers like "50 percent sale off" are hanged
covering all streets in big cities.

In Christmas eve, most young adults, especially young couples, go to Churchs
or romantic places to celebrate their own Christmas day. It's really a big
festival for couples. I believe that most of you had a wonderful Christmas
eve. If you don't mind, could you please tell us about your own experience
on that beautiful night ^_^

Thanks,
Nam

Dear Nam,

In my country, the commercial Christmas season starts in late
November. During the first days of December the Nativity Scene is
assembled in homes. The religious Christmas starts December 8th. That
day is The Candles Day. The Candles Day eve, people and specially
children light color candles in the sidewalks of their houses, at
night.

Between December 16 and December 24, catholics celebrate Christmas
Novena (A nine days period as described here:
http://www.ewtn.com/Devotionals/novena/christmas.htm). During this
days, a special mass is celebrated at 5 a.m. and at night each
familiar group, and specially children, gather together around the
nativity scene to pray and sing christmas carols.

The nativity scenes are disassembled no sooner than January 6th, after
the arrival of the Three Wise Men.

Today, children are enjoying of the Cristmas presents.

Thank you,

Pablo
