Dear all working,studying or unemployed, As some of you might remember,Nam and I have asked you how to come out of our personal crises safe and sound.And here are 10 ways to increase your HAPPINESS and also 4 questions for you to reply to if you don't mind:
"Most people are unhappy because they choose to be. All they have to do is change their minds and learn some new habits and their lives will change for ever. 1 ACT HAPPY-even if you don't feel it. A smiling face will get more smiles from others. 2 ENJOY THE MOMENT.Happiness is not produced by great things happening,but by recognising all the littlepositive things that happen every day. 3 TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR TIME. Happy people feel in control of their lives. Set yourself realistic goals for the day. 4 TAKE REGULAR EXERCISE. get your body producing those depression- busting chemicals. 5 GET REST. We all need time on our own and enough sleep-make time to re-charge your batteries. 6 SING.People who sing are happier.It's the people who have to listen to them who are unhappy. Be a singer!;) 7 GET A PET. Stroking a cat or a dog has therapeutic effects,calming anxiety. 8 FEED YOUR SOUL. Studies show that actively religious people are happier.They cope better with crises and are part of a supportive,accepting community. 9 PRIOTISE CLOSE RELATIONSHIPS.Spending time in open communicationwith loved ones stops isolation and independence. 10 GET OUT OF TOWN.
